cladding.
EXTERIOR FINISH FAILURE: Exterior paint or finish peels off or primer paint failure.
GLASS BREAKAGE: Glass breaks or shatters for no apparent reason.
ICE FORMATION: Ice forms on the interior of the window, door or skylight.
GLASS DISCOLORATION: The view through the window, door or skylight is obstructed by discoloration of the
glass.
INERT GAS LOSS: The loss of inert gas either argon or krypton or a blend thereof caused by the installation of
a breather or capillary tube.
MOLD GROWTH: Mold growth on or near windows, doors or skylights. In some cases, mold growth is caused
by water infiltration through windows, doors or skylights and the mold is hidden in wall structures.
